1st world cup @ Kortrijk (B)
In the semi finals Dani Comas won with 8, I got second with 8 as well but I needed more race time. Gilles became 3rd with 10... Wesley also qualified obtaining an 8th place and became 8th again in the finals which is good knowing all top riders signed present. The finals started ok for me until I crashed in the easiest part of section 1... And I repeated that in the 4 sections after that as well. Not quit motivating but I kept on going knowing anything may happen to my opponents as well in the second lap. The only big mistake I did was ignoring Gilles Coustelliers' points. First lap 6 and second lap... ZERO...!!! RESPECT! I came back only pointing 4 in the second lap and finished 3rd after Gilles and Dani Comas (15). I know my mistakes from this race and I will work on them in the next couple of months. See pictures in the gallery. Cheers, Kenny
