It's with great pleasure to announce that the UCI world cup in Antwerp was an amazing event. Thousands of spectators over the weekend, plenty of journalists, Live streaming on Sporza.be, 30 minutes TV report about the event, good looking sections, fine tunes from the Red Bull mobile DJ booth, drinks and sun ... We are currently in the running for 2 bid procedures for 2012, 1 world cup in Aalter and another one in Antwerp again...

The results then: in the 26inch Kenny won the semi finals with 0 points but in the finals he didn't had the same 'luck'. 2 punctures of the front tire made that the front wheel ran out of brakepower because of the film that's on innertubes when they're new. Next section it happened to be that a powerful frontbrake was more than welcome so the wheel slipped and that resulted in 2 penalty points. Finally he ended with 3 points only... Because Gilles and Vincent were riding very strong it was impossible to win, they both had 1 point but Vincent wins because he was in front of Gilles in the semi finals the day before.
